11. This win was MS Dhoni’s 108th ODI as captain which puts him 2nd on the list of captains with most ODI win. Ricky Ponting leads with 165 ODI wins.
12. ODI Debutant Hardik Pandya won Man of the Match award in this match. Pandya became the 4th Indian cricketer to win the Man of the Match award on his ODI debut. The other three Indian cricketers, who had achieved this feat before Pandya, were: Sandeep Patil, Mohit Sharma and KL Rahul.
